Bereishit (Genesis)

Yahweh starts the Scriptures with the words, “In (the) Beginning” because He wants to give us a complete story of His journey with man. This is because He loves us and wants to let us know what He was doing way before you or I were ever born. We will start our Parsha Pearls lessons with Creation Week and then visit The Garden of Eden with our first man and woman. Then we will witness The Great Flood and man’s attempt to ascend up to the heavens and it’s result. We will then take a journey with our patriarchs – Abraham, Yitshaq and Ya’aqob and conclude the book of Bereishit with Yoseph’s story and the introduction to the 12 sons of Ya’aqob.
